Hi, I’m Milly. As a Coach my mission is to educate and empower others to create sustainable change, lasting results and the best version of themselves. I help my clients build confidence, and the bodies they’ve always wanted through science-backed training and nutrition methods designed to suit their individual lifestyle and goals.
My personal fitness journey began 5 years ago. I felt really lost and I was craving change badly. The late nights partying and yo-yo dieting were taking a toll on my mind and body. I was tired of not feeling my best mentally and physically, tired of taking unsustainable approaches to lose weight and just really overwhelmed with not knowing how to do things “the right way”. I was ready for REAL change and lasting results, rather than continuing to take quick fixes! I hired a coach to work with and from there, things started changing for me. I learned how to fuel my body instead of dieting and how to work out and train my body to sculpt the look I wanted instead of just doing countless hours of cardio. Actually understanding what I was doing allowed for me to I fall in love with the process. The change wasn’t just physical. Respecting my body created a mindset shift and it became more than just aesthetics. I finally learned how to create a lifestyle that empowered me to become my best self. I want the same for you.
