When it comes to a personalized approach to nutrition and training, Milly goes above and beyond to set you up for success. For the 8+ months that I've worked with Milly, she has always provided detailed training notes to make sure my form is flawless and is always willing to help you make nutrition decisions for restaurants, vacations, etc. What I have always appreciated is that she also explains the WHY behind her recommendations which has been incredibly helpful for my own planning in the future.
