Strong is the new beautiful and you deserve to see what your body is capable of. Your investment in personal training is an investment in your overall well-being, confidence and strength.

I train out of a private and fully equipped facility in West Tampa. Training sessions are one hour long and workouts are tailored to your goals and level of experience! All levels of fitness are welcome, from beginner to advanced. Learn how to train or take your training to the next level with me as your Coach. I am not your average “trainer”. Outside of our in-person sessions, you have access to me for support and accountability via email or text messages. I take pride in mentoring my clients toward working toward their best selves in and outside of the gym.

Online Training

Fitness isn’t a “one size fits all”. My online training programs are customized to your goals, lifestyle, training experience + abilities and your accessibility to equipment. We’ll work together to evaluate these factors so that we can set realistic goals.

You’ll have live access to your program layout which includes exercise specifications like warm up/cool down protocol, repetitions, sets, rest periods, cardio recommendations, as well as exercise demo video links so you can easily view how to perform the exercises and what the proper form should be. Training programs are a month-to-month service.

We’ll have weekly progress check-ins to assess/continue driving your progress (physical and emotional), energy levels, wins/challenges and most importantly, accountability. Outside of scheduled check ins, you have access to me for support via email or text messages. We’re in this together, I want to see you win!
